300 Grams paneerFor marinate:
150 Grams onions
200 grams tomatoes
125 Grams capsicums
50 ml oilFor Thai sauce:
Salt according to taste
1 tsp. pepper powder
1 tbs. (15 ml) sesame oilFor Garnice:
100 Grams Onions, sliced
3 sprigs curry leaves
3 green chilies, chopped fine
2 leaves of lemon grass dry/fresh
Pinch of turmeric powder
3-4 dry red chilies
50 ml. Oil for cooking (sesame oil)
10 mushrooms steamed or boiled
Fresh green onions
Lime
Cut paneer, onions, tomatoes and capsicums into cubes. Mix all the marinade ingredients and apply to the chopped vegetables. Add salt to taste. Keep aside for 30- 40 minutes. Now heat some oil in a pan with low flame and fry the marinated vegetables and panner on it for about 10 minutes.
To prepare the Thai sauce: Heat sesame oil in a pan Add onion and cook well. Add curry leaves and green chilies, lemon grass and finale add a pinch of turmeric paper & salt to taste. Now add little water and cook well. Now add the red chilies in the pan. Strain the mixture till it gets the consistency of a sauce. Now keep the sauce aside.
Now serve hot with steamed rice and hot sauce over the paneer & vegetables Garnish with fresh green onion leaves mushrooms and some lime.
Ingredients:
500 grams ripe tomatoes
½ pack of readymade tomato soup
10- 12 sticks Spaghetti
1 medium size Carrot-1 (cut into very small pieces)
2-3 Beans (cut into very small pieces)
1 Onion (cut into long pieces)
Herbs: - a pinch of oregano, dry basil, rosemary,
1 tsp Olive oil
4 tsp Tomato sauce
Salt, black pepper (to taste)
100 grams Cheese (grated)
Note: you can use fresh tulsi leaves instead of dry basil leaves.
Method:
Break spaghetti into small pieces (3 inch), boil water & add little salt & oil to the it &boil spaghetti for 8-10 min, rinse with cold water. Keep aside.
Cook tomatoes with a cup of water for 2 whistles. Grind & strain, take a pan, add oil, and then add rosemary, basil & oregano to it. Sauté onion, beans & carrot for 4-5 min. Add this to the strained tomato soup. Also add boiled spaghetti, & readymade tomato soup power. Keep this soup to boil, stir continuously for few minutes until the soup powder get mixed properly. Add salt, black pepper & tomato sauce. Let it boil for few minutes, serve hot with garlic bread, garish with a little grated cheese.
