2 Years Waranty
All our products carry a warranty of 2 years.
The warranty is for 24 months, under no circumstances can be increased beyond the above said period. The warranty extends on all parts against any manufacturing defects inherent or apparent expect filters, bulbs, and fittings used for installation of the appliance.
The Quality Assurance System
Quality Certifications
ELBA obtained the international certification to ISO 9001 Standard in September 1998. Our internal quality assurance system was previously certified to the "CE" mark Requirements, from 1995 onwards.Finished product statistical control.
On 14 June 2000, our Gas Laboratory obtained the CE certification and authorization to conduct officially recognized type tests, a very important and prestigious acknowledgement.
